Please read the following disclaimer carefully before booking and using the padel court. Booking and using the court imply full acceptance of the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and using the padel court, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this disclaimer. If these terms are not accepted, the user should refrain from using our facilities.

2. Liability for Damages
The user is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment, objects, or infrastructure within the padel court during the rental period. In the event of any damage, the user agrees to fully cover the costs of repair or replacement as determined by management.

3. Exclusion of Liability for Injuries
The rental facility shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur within our premises. The user plays at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for their own safety and that of their companions.

4. Use of Facilities
Booking: The court must be booked through official channels.
Timeliness: Users must respect their booking times. Any delays may result in a reduced playing time without the possibility of a refund.
Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully towards the facilities and other players. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.

5. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold the rental facility harmless from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from the use of the padel court, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or other losses.

6. Disclaimer Amendments
The rental facility reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the official website or within the premises. Users are advised to check the disclaimer regularly for updates.

7. Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this disclaimer shall be settled in the competent court where the rental facility is located.

8. No Refund
Once the payment for the padel court rental has been completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Users acknowledge that no refunds will be issued, even in cases of cancellation or failure to use the reserved time.
